New Factory Under Construction | Relocation Next Year
Recently, Wansheng Technology’s new factory expansion project has reached a key milestone. The main structure of the new plant is nearly completed, with supporting facilities under orderly construction. The company plans to complete the overall relocation next year.
Driven by growing orders for packaging films and adhesive tapes from domestic and global markets, Wansheng Technology launched the new factory expansion and intelligent upgrading project to break through current capacity constraints and optimize production layout. Besides the newly built modern workshop, the company will invest hundreds of millions of funds to add multiple high-end film production lines and a full set of intelligent manufacturing equipment to comprehensively upgrade its production system.
Designed in line with modern intelligent manufacturing standards, the new site features well-planned zones for production workshops, warehousing & logistics, and R&D & testing areas. The newly introduced film lines and supporting equipment deliver major improvements in production precision, automation level, output capacity and product stability. This enables us to better fulfill large-volume, high-quality orders from customers worldwide, support overseas business expansion and strengthen our core competitiveness in film and packaging tape industries.
For years, Wansheng Technology has focused on the R&D and manufacturing of films and adhesive tapes, consolidating its industrial foundation. This factory expansion and equipment upgrade is far more than capacity enlargement; it represents an all-round upgrade of production hardware, processing technology and order delivery capability. Once relocation and commissioning of new production lines are finished, our production capacity, operational efficiency, product quality and order response speed will reach a new level.
In the next phase, Wansheng Technology will proceed with interior decoration and auxiliary construction of the new plant, while arranging delivery, installation and commissioning of new equipment to meet the relocation schedule for next year. During the transition period, production at the existing factory will remain stable, and order delivery will not be affected. Moving forward, Wansheng Technology will take the new manufacturing base as a new starting point, keep pursuing technological innovation, and continue to supply reliable film and tape products for global customers, embarking on a new journey of high-quality development.
